Writing Your Body – Saturday morning with Elizabeth

There has never been a better time to write through the body. In this six week series, we will continue to explore the topics of voice, masculine and feminine, grounding, anger, desire and love through the throat and tongue, left and right sides of the body, the sacrum, the liver, the sex organs and the heart.
Dates: Dates: Saturday class begins July 23rd, and runs for six consecutive weeks – July 23rd, July 30th, August 6, 13, 20th, 27th
Time: 10:30 a.m. PST / 1:30 p.m. EST
Saturday students who need to miss a week can audit a class Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at 4 p.m. PST / 7 p.m. EST – but must contact your teacher to let them know in advance.
