Reframe Your Story: a Memoir Writing Exploration – Thursday w/ Laura Lentz

Join us before the holidays for a four-week memoir writing exploration with a special curriculum designed and taught by author Laura Lentz. This class will take place live in my living room and also online.  In addition to the four classes with a series of writing exercises designed to take a difficult or traumatic story and explore it from many viewpoints.  This 4-week exploration class takes a writer deeper into the trauma before turning the lens to transformation, bringing hope into the darkness. Students will have an intimate one-hour talk with playwright, author & actress Kimleigh Smith, who reframed her traumatic college story into a one woman show – TOTALLY. Kimleigh will share her creative process – how she brought humor and heartbreak to a very difficult topic to bring healing to her herself and her audience.
