Ho’oponopono: Sat., October 14th – the Hawaiian practice of Forgiveness w/ Laura Lentz
Forgiving others is part of healing, but forgiving ourself is sometimes the most difficult of all. In this course we will explore writing exercises inspired by the ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness – Ho’oponopono as an active part of the healing process.
In this class you will write, forgive, and repeat.
You do not need to have any prior writing experience to benefit from this workshop, just a desire to tell your story!
Date: Saturday, October 14th 2023
