BODY-HEALING-STORY: 2 workshops (January 13th & February 10th)

By participating in these two workshops, you take a giant step toward healing, releasing and expanding. In this 2 1/2 hour workshop you will write your story, read it out loud in a small intimate group, and listen to the stories of others. Hosted by Laura Lentz at Literati Academy, this is a designed class for anyone who wants write through memoir or poetry as an act of spiritual and physical healing.

The online writing events will take place the second Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m. PST / 1:30 p.m. EST. If you miss a class you will receive the full class in a Power Point.  If you miss a class in this series, you will receive the full class in Power Point to write on your own, and the individual classes are not refundable.

You do not need to have any prior writing experience to benefit from this workshop, just a desire to tell your story!

Sat., February 10th, 2024 – RX: LOVE – a pre Valentine’s Day exploration

Time:  10:30 a.m. PST / 1:30 p.m. EST

Workshop Timeframe: 2 1/2 hours

Workshop format:  Writers will listen to inspirational stories on the topic,  and will be offered writing prompts and writing exercises to write in a thirteen minute timeframe. Then everyone will go into small breakout rooms with trained facilitators to read their stories back, and join a private FB group to share work produced in this series.
